Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
- Additional professional training in ISO 9001, QMS, auditing and quality management will be preferred.
Experience
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 34 years

- 10 years of experience in the denim garments industry.
- Strong knowledge of denim washing processes, garment manufacturing and quality systems.
- Practical experience in ISO 9001 implementation and internal auditing.
- Excellent knowledge of RCA, CAPA, PDCA, 5 Why and continuous improvement tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the QMS across denim garments manufacturing and washing operations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and relevant customer requirements.
- Establish and monitor quality procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals.
- Conduct internal audits, process audits, and management reviews.
- Monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Ensure quality compliance from fabric inspection to cutting, sewing, finishing, washing, and final inspection.
- Coordinate with Production, Washing, QA, Merchandising, and Technical teams to improve process quality.
- Identify root causes of quality failures and implement effective preventive measures.
- Monitor KPIs, defect trends, customer complaints, and quality performance.
- Prepare quality reports and present improvement plans to top management.
- Ensure compliance with buyer standards, social compliance requirements, and applicable industry regulations.
