Job Context

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Officer to join our corporate office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions, including managing housekeeping operations, canteen facilities, and addressing administrative issues. The Administrative Officer will play a critical role in maintaining an efficient and well-organized office environment, contributing to the overall success of our company.

Job Responsibilities

  • To maintain and develop fast-paced culture in office.

  • To supervise and manage the housekeeping staffs to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness throughout the office premises.

  • To develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards.

  • To oversee the daily operations of the office canteen, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for employees.

  • To act as the primary point of contact for addressing administrative issues, inquiries, and requests from employees and management.

  • Assisting in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops, including arranging logistics and resources.

  • To monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring their availability and appropriate utilization.

  • Maintaining an inventory of office equipment and supplies, coordinating replacements and repairs as required.

  • Collaborating with external service providers, including housekeeping agencies and canteen vendors, to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Keeping record and documentation.

  • Maintaining accurate records related to housekeeping schedules, canteen operations, and administrative tasks.

  • To prepare reports on operational efficiency, utilization of resources, and relevant metrics.

  • To ensure that health and safety guidelines are strictly adhered to within the office premises, especially in the canteen and housekeeping areas.
