Requirements

Education

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Masters
Master’s / MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Additional qualifications in Pharmaceutical Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

At least 10 years

Age 35 to 45 years

Experience Requirements

Minimum 10 years of working experience in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
At least 5 years in a senior management position.

Job Responsibilities

Provide overall strategic leadership and management of the company’s operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Oversee sales, marketing, distribution, and financial performance to achieve company targets.
Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Supervise departmental heads and ensure effective teamwork across the organization.
Monitor performance, analyze business trends, and prepare regular management reports.
