Tele Sales Executive (Female)

Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote cosmetics, skincare, haircare, makeup, and other beauty products.

Follow up with interested clients and maintain professional relationships.

Maintain an updated database of customer names, contact numbers, inquiries, orders, and follow-up schedules.

Coordinate with showroom sales staff, inventory personnel, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.

Good Bengali communication skills; basic English communication is preferred.

Knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, makeup, and beauty products is an advantage.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, email, and customer database management.

Positive attitude, patience, honesty, and a customer-oriented mindset.
