Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management

Experience

  • At least 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 35 years
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and planning abilities to handle complex administrative tasks.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to coordinate with different departments and staff.

The Sr. Manager, Administration should be capable to handle Factory & Site Administration & Operation of this group.

Key duties can include facility management, procurement, vendor coordination, strategic planning for administrative functions, and ensuring an efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations:

  • Ensuring all daily operations run smoothly and efficiently to achieve organizational objectives.

Administrative Management:

  • Managing administrative support staff, overseeing facilities management, coordinating logistics, and developing administrative policies and procedures. 

Resource Management:

  • Allocating resources effectively and managing financial aspects, including budgets and expenditures. 

Facility Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and management of office facilities and equipment. 

Procurement:

  • Handle the procurement of office supplies and manage relationships with vendors. 

Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure that administrative policies and procedures are developed and implemented effectively. 

Staff Supervision:

  • Lead and manage administrative staff & worker, providing guidance and oversight. 

Budget Management:

  • Prepare and manage administrative budgets to control costs effectively. 

Strategic Planning:

  • Align administrative functions with the overall business goals of the organization. 

Compliance & Good Governance:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to administrative functions. 
  • Accurate & error free record keeping of data and ensuring time to time reporting to the Management Board & Regulators
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the bank and external regulatory authorities

Inventory Management

  • Prepare reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
  • Examine and monitor supplies and raw materials and order new supplies.
  • Quality Assurance of Purchased Opex Inventory Items.
  • Inventory Relevant Reporting to Management as and when required.
