Must possess complete ownership mindset and take full responsibility for the entire company, managing and driving operations as if it were their own.
Proven successful leadership experience in well-reputed Interior Design, Architecture, or Real Estate companies.

Responsibilities & Context

Taking full operational ownership, leadership, and overall executive responsibility of the company from end-to-end.
Developing and executing high-level strategic business plans, growth strategies, and goal-oriented execution paths for the Interior Design and Architecture sectors.
Leading key client management, negotiating high-value corporate deals, and building long-lasting executive client relationships in Interior Design and Real Estate.
Developing targets with comprehensive sales, operational, and financial reports, while setting and maintaining strict KPIs for all departments.
Creating goal-oriented marketing & sales strategies to achieve market leadership, brand awareness, and high-margin lead generation.
Overseeing the overall execution and lifecycle management of projects from inception, design, budgeting, construction, to timely client delivery.
Attracting high-value clients and corporate accounts by innovating and driving strategic business growth processes.
Managing budgets, operational cash flows, P&L targets, and resource allocations effectively.
Preparing and delivering executive pitches and key presentations to prospective high-net-worth clients and strategic partners.
Maintaining effective communication and fostering a collaborative, ethical, and highly productive work culture within the company.
