Experience: Total experience 12-15 years with at least 03-05 years of experience in healthcare/diagnostic marketing field.
Responsibilities & Context
Develops and implements strategies to promote lab services, conducts market research, builds relationships with doctors and clinics, and analyzes performance to drive patient volume and revenue growth
Create and execute comprehensive plans to promote diagnostic services and achieve business goals.
Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and understand target audience demographics to inform marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong professional relationship with renowned doctors, clinics, corporate clients, local hospitals and physicians and other healthcare professionals to facilitate patient referrals.
Oversee the design and distribution of brochures, flyers, newsletters, and advertisements.
Organize community and local stakeholder’s promotional programs, health camps, seminars, and awareness events to attract patients
Work closely with sales, lab, and other internal departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Ensure effective communication of diagnostic services, health check-up packages also monitor patient feedback and satisfaction to improve service quality.
Lead marketing team by providing necessary guidelines to ensure marketing initiatives are executed successfully.
