Medical Officer - Female Doctor

Provide primary healthcare services, medical consultations, and necessary treatment to factory employees for common illnesses, injuries, and other health-related concerns.

Provide immediate medical assistance in case of workplace accidents, injuries, sudden illness, or other medical emergencies and arrange hospital referrals when necessary.

Conduct routine health check-ups and monitor employees` health conditions to identify potential health risks and ensure workplace fitness.

Maintain accurate medical records, treatment histories, prescriptions, medical registers, and employee health-related documentation.

Work closely with the HR and Compliance teams to promote occupational health, workplace hygiene, and employee safety in accordance with applicable labour laws and regulations.

Provide appropriate healthcare consultation and support to female employees, including menstrual health, reproductive health awareness, pregnancy-related concerns, and other women`s health issues.

Organize and conduct health awareness sessions on personal hygiene, nutrition, disease prevention, sanitation, and workplace health practices.

Supervise and maintain the factory medical room, ensuring the availability of essential medicines, medical equipment, first-aid supplies, and emergency medical resources.

Monitor the spread of communicable diseases, identify potential health risks, and recommend appropriate preventive measures to maintain a healthy working environment.

Prepare periodic medical reports, document workplace injuries and illnesses, and coordinate with HR, management, hospitals, and relevant healthcare providers when required.
