Responsibilities & Context
Assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility, muscle strength, posture, and functional abilities.
Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans according to patient needs and medical conditions.
Provide physiotherapy services including exercise therapy, electrotherapy, manual therapy, and rehabilitation support.
Work closely with consultants, medical officers, and nursing teams to ensure proper patient care.
Maintain accurate patient treatment records and progress reports.
Educate patients and attendants regarding exercise programs, posture correction, and home care management.
Assist post-operative, orthopedic, neurological, ICU, and rehabilitation patients as required.
Ensure infection prevention and patient safety protocols are maintained during therapy sessions.
Operate and maintain physiotherapy equipment properly.
Participate in departmental meetings, training, and quality improvement activities
