Responsibilities & Context
- Interact with patients over the phone and counselling them
- Take verbal consent of the patient before enrolling the patient and initiate the support program with them and document consent.
- MBBS Doctor having 2-3 years' experience in handling Diabetic patients. Candidates completed CCD (Certificate Course on Diabetology) would be priotise
- Brief patients about the services they will receive under the patient support program Record keeping and maintenance of the Doctor Consent Forms
- Record keeping and maintenance of the Patient Consent Forms (Verbal Consent)
- Ensure all safety cases and/or other customer complaints are referred immediately to the PV person assigned for collecting safety data
- Record keeping, and maintenance of relevant Files as a part of Good Documentation Practice Ensure completeness and accuracy of data in the Database
