MBBS or equivalent degree with total 20 yrs exp. in which 8 yrs as RMO Besides, experience in hospital administration with diploma or post-graduation in clinical subjects will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context
Oversee and coordinate the overall medical services and clinical operations of the hospital.
Supervise doctors and other clinical personnel to ensure quality patient care.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, medical ethics, patient safety standards, and infection prevention guidelines.
Monitor the quality of medical services and take initiatives to improve clinical outcomes.
Coordinate with hospital management and departmental heads to ensure smooth hospital operations.
Ensure proper maintenance of medical records, clinical documentation, and statutory requirements.
Address clinical issues and patient complaints in coordination with the relevant departments.
Support the development and implementation of hospital policies, procedures, and quality
