Responsibilities & Context
Will work very closely with the General Manager.
The role will cover all aspects of management accounting, key aspects below:
Balance sheet reconciliations, ownership, and review
Product, order and style-wise costing and profitability analysis
post-sales costing analysis and cost control
Stock control & stock accounting, including inventory reconciliation and valuation
Fixed asset management & accounting/posting
Budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
Hotel performance – all KPI reporting – working with all stakeholders in the business
Analysis of production costs, wastage, efficiency and overheads
ERP-based financial and cost reporting
Identify cost-saving and profitability improvement opportunities
