About Travel Next BD:
Travel Next BD is a dedicated visa processing service provider in Bangladesh, committed to offering clients accurate and timely visa-related information and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, messages, social media)
Understand clients needs and provide accurate advice.
Generate customer interest and drive sales
Maintain strong knowledge of visa processing procedures to effectively inform and guide clients.
Provide timely updates and relevant information regarding visa applications.
Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification.
Experience in visa and travel sector preferred.
Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude.
Basic Computer knowledge (MS Word, Email; etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Fluency in both Bengali and English.
