1. Sales & Marketing Executive (10 Person)

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Promote travel packages, air tickets, visa services, and holiday packages.

• Communicate with potential clients and maintain customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media.

2. Reservation Officer (5 Person)

• Handle flight, hotel, and tour reservations.

• Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, and amendments.

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers.

• Provide accurate travel information to clients.

• Maintain booking records and customer databases.

3. Visa Executive (3 Person)

• Assist clients with visa application procedures.

• Prepare and verify visa documentation.

• Provide guidance regarding visa requirements and embassy procedures.

• Follow up on visa applications.

• Maintain communication with clients regarding application status.

4. Graphic Designer (2 Person)

• Design creative promotional banners, posters, and social media content.

• Develop marketing materials for travel packages and campaigns.

• Maintain consistent brand identity across digital platforms.

• Create engaging visual content for Facebook and other social media.

• Work closely with the marketing team.

5. IT Executive (2 Person)

• Maintain company computers, software, and IT equipment.

• Provide technical support to employees.

• Manage website updates and basic IT infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

• Ensure data security and smooth technical operations.
