Visa Consultant

We are looking for a Visa Consultant who is smart, passionate, and energetic, with experience in offering and selling travel packages. 

• Provide detailed information about Tour packages to prospective clients.

• Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable packages.

• Design and customize Tour packages, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local service providers in Saudi Arabia for seamless travel arrangements. 

• Assist clients with visa applications and required documentation.

• Liaise with consulates or relevant authorities for visa approvals. Address client concerns or issues before, during, and after the journey.  

• Have an active role in promoting the business through social media and other platforms.     

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.    

• Experience in e-commerce content creation and social media marketing. 

• Respond to client query via online & offline channels. 

• Describing the package tour, sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients. 

• Any other task assigned by the management.
