GRAND GROUP — URGENT RECRUITMENT
Position: Group Housekeeping Supervisor — 1 Post
Workplace: All 3 Hotels, Chattogram
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Requirements:
- Age: Preferably 28–45 years; Male or Female.
- Education: Minimum HSC; housekeeping training preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years in hotel housekeeping, including supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, training and inspection skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping teams across all 3 hotels.
- Train staff in room cleaning, bed-making, hygiene and professional standards.
- Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas regularly.
- Ensure timely room readiness and resolve cleanliness issues.
- Control linen, amenities, cleaning supplies and wastage.
- Submit daily inspection reports and improve guest satisfaction.
