Requirements

Education

HSC
Minimum HSC.
Certification/Training in relevant field will be preferred.
Professional GDS Certification (NHTTI or equivalent) will be preferred.

Experience

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Travel Agent, GSA, Immigration/Visa Processing, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

Additional Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Minimum 2 years’ practical experience in Tourist Visa Processing for major destinations (Schengen, USA, Canada, UK, Southeast Asia, Middle East).
Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in Air Ticketing & Reservation using Sabre GDS (experience with Amadeus/Galileo will be an added advantage).
Strong knowledge of visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
Ability to guide students with real case studies and hands-on training.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong practical knowledge in international ticketing, re-issue, refunds, ADM/ACM policies.
Ability to provide hands-on training and mentor students in real-world GDS tasks.
