Responsibilities & Context
- Strong understanding of the full range of travel services (visa processing, ticketing, package tours, and medical tourism).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Proficiency in using travel industry related software is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
- Must be experienced in Visa Processing, Consultant, worldwide Immigration, Visit & migration visa process
- Receive and reply to emails, Accurate counseling directly & over the phone
- Keep the company up to date with any visa-related updates.
- Provide honest and authentic services to the company, Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
- Manage and coordinate medical tourism services, including patient referrals, hospital communications, travel arrangements, and after-service follow-up,
- Preferably with prior experience in an organization offering cross-border healthcare facilitation.
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa guidelines, and company policies
