Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations in a fine dining environment. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, waste management, and systems compliance.
- Train and develop all service teams, including housekeeping and support staff.
- Manage guest relations, PR, and service recovery to build customer loyalty.
- Plan and execute events and activations.
- Use customer data and analytics with the social media team to improve engagement.
