Masters/Bachelor's degree in any discipline; hospitality or business qualifications preferred.
5–8 years of relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
Minimum 5 years in a managerial position.
Proven experience in food cost management, inventory control, sales and team leadership.
Strong understanding of restaurant financial and operational management.
Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in software (Tally & automatic) will get preference
MS Excel and restaurant POS systems.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage and supervise all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve business profitability.
Monitor food cost, wastage, inventory and operational expenses.
Ensure effective coordination between kitchen, service, procurement and accounts teams.
Maintain operational SOPs, food safety, hygiene and service standards.
Lead, coach and evaluate restaurant employees and supervisory teams.
Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper cash handling, sales reconciliation and inventory accountability.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly operational performance reports.
Identify operational weaknesses and implement corrective measures.
