Masters / Equivalent or Honours / Equivalent (in any field) degree with No 3rd class in academic career or Minimum CGPA/GPA 2.50 out of 4.00 and Minimum CGPA/GPA 3.00 out of 5.00 in academic career.
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all hospital areas.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in patient wards, cabins, operation theatres, outpatient departments, corridors, washrooms, and other designated areas.
Prepare duty rosters, assign responsibilities, and monitor the attendance, discipline, and performance of housekeeping staff.
Ensure the proper implementation of cleaning schedules, disinfection procedures, and infection prevention and control measures.
Monitor the availability and appropriate use of cleaning materials, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ensure proper segregation, handling, and disposal of hospital waste in accordance with established procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and take corrective measures to maintain the required standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Coordinate with the nursing, infection control, facility management, and hospital administration departments.
Provide on-the-job guidance and training to housekeeping personnel.
Prepare and maintain housekeeping inspection reports and other relevant records.
