Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s in HRM, Management, Public Administration, or related field.

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

  • PGD in HRM will get advantage.

Experience

  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Steel

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates must have relevant HR and Admin experience in a manufacturing or factory setting.

  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, HR operations & Factory Compliance, ISO compliance etc.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Hands-on experience with attendance systems, HRIS, and administrative logistics.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage plant-level HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR service and Payroll.

  • Monitor manpower planning, shift scheduling, and disciplinary initiatives in coordination with production heads/in-charge.

  • Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Law and all statutory requirements.

  • Maintain proper documentation of HR, Admin & Compliance records.

  • Facilitate employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and welfare initiatives. Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee welfare issues in alignment with company policy.

  • Coordinate training, capacity-building for workers and staff.

  • Oversee general administrative functions – security, housekeeping, canteen, transport, and facilities management.

  • Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders for labor inspections and compliance matters.

  • Support management in audits, certifications, and sustainability initiatives.

  • Coordinate with the Head of Admin and the corporate HR lead for implementing all HR&Admin development initiatives.
