Requirements

Education

    Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed university.

Experience

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Automobile, Paint, Toiletries

  • Relevant experience in HR, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or Corporate Communications.

  • Proven record in employer branding strategy execution.

  • Social media & employer review management.

  • Corporate events & university collaboration experience.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Formulate and execute a structured employer branding plan aligned with ACI’s HR and business objectives.

  • Develop, continuously enhance, and effectively communicate a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that resonates with both prospective talent and existing employees, ensuring alignment with the organization’s culture, values, and strategic objectives.

  • Enhance ACI’s employer brand presence across LinkedIn, career portals, and other social platforms by executing targeted, data-driven campaigns that attract, engage, and convert top talent.

  • Design and implement innovative recruitment campaigns, compelling job postings, and impactful career storytelling initiatives to effectively attract and engage top talent.

  • Establish strong partnerships with universities and academic institutions by organizing career fairs, campus engagement sessions, and talent competitions to attract and nurture high-potential young professionals.

  • Promote employee success stories, testimonials, and recognition initiatives to strengthen organizational pride, foster engagement, and inspire employee advocacy.

  • Launch initiatives that reinforce ACI’s culture and values through newsletters, events, and recognition platforms.

  • Oversee career site, LinkedIn employer page, and create engaging materials like videos, graphics, and newsletters.

  • Monitor platforms like Glassdoor and Bdjobs; respond to reviews and manage employer brand reputation.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, L&D, and Corporate Communications for integrated campaigns.

  • Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) — including candidate quality, engagement levels, and the retention impact of employer branding initiatives — to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

  • Plan, Lead and organize diverse events, including traditional and cultural programs, to foster employee engagement, inclusivity, and a strong sense of community within the organization.

  • Design and implement structured business case competitions, problem-solving challenges, and hackathon events targeted towards students and early-career professionals.
