Additional Requirements
BBA/MBA from a reputed University.
4–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in manufacturing or factory-based operations.
Experience in HR Business Partnering, employee relations, workforce planning, and HR operations will be preferred.
Knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and industrial relations.
Good understanding of manufacturing and factory HR operations.
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Location: Gazipur (Kaliakair)
Partner with business heads and department managers to address HR needs and align people strategies with business objectives.
Facilitate workforce planning, manpower budgeting, organizational structuring, and workforce optimization.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation processes in collaboration with relevant HR teams.
Facilitate performance management, KRA/KPI alignment, performance reviews, talent development, and succession planning.
Manage employee relations, grievances, engagement initiatives, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements across assigned business functions.
Prepare HR analytics and management reports on headcount, turnover, manpower costs, absenteeism, and other key HR metrics.
Provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations to management to improve workforce productivity and organizational effectiveness.
