Responsibilities & Context

The role involves managing comprehensive HR functions, including talent acquisition, payroll coordination, training, employee engagement, and performance management. The position supports organizational development by fostering a performance-driven culture, implementing HR policies, and enhancing employer branding to attract and retain top talent.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Coordinate & prepare salaries, increment, and bonuses for respective teams and share to accounts department to diverse.

  • Coordinate training needs and arrange internal and external programs to enhance employee productivity.

  • Develop and implement HR policies to develop organization to retain competitive market.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential personal files for all employees.

  • Establish Key Result Areas (KRAs) and implement performance evaluation systems.

  • Regularly update the organizational chart and manage employee gradation and grade-wise benefits.

  • Benchmark industry pay packages and propose policy reforms as necessary.

  • Foster a performance-driven culture and implement activities to promote self-discipline and motivation.

  • Conduct exit interviews and oversee final settlements to ensure smooth transitions.

  • Onboarding of new Hires Perform joining procedure of new hires creating new employee file, ensuring work station and logistics Plan and conduct orientation program for new hires based on functional requirements.

  • Employer Branding Participate in career fairs at leading universities to communicate employer brand value propositions to promising graduates and professionals and collect CVs for openings.

  • Publish employees reward and achievement on company page on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram and interacting with people

  • Analyze, audit, reconcile and resolve employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.

  • Employee Services Responsible for provide different certificate requirements of employees.

  • Maintaining long lasting relationships with sales team, understanding their needs, progress reviews and assessments, problems or grievances for enhancing productivity of sales force.

  • Responsible for employee Promotion and transfer as per management recommendation.
