  • Recruitment & Hiring – Attract, interview, and onboard the right talent.

  • Employee Onboarding & Orientation – Help new employees integrate smoothly.

  • Performance Management – Set up evaluation systems and support employee growth.

  • Training & Development – Provide learning and upskilling opportunities.

  • Compensation & Benefits – Manage salaries, leave policies, and perks fairly.

  • Employee Relations – Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive culture.

  • Compliance with Labor Laws – Ensure all legal standards and workplace safety.

  • HR Policies & Documentation – Maintain employee records and company policies.
