Retired commissioned officer from Bangladesh Army, preferable rank - Major/Lieutenant Colonel.
Also, defense background with work experience in factory HR & Admin senior position is highly encouraged to apply
Responsibilities & Context
The candidate should have sound knowledge on Organizational Development, Policy Development, Payroll management, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Labor Laws, and Grievance Handling etc.
Responsible to make and implement Company HR & Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers code of conducts.
Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law.
Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc.
Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.To monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
Communicate with Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
To draw Action Plan & implement the same in line with the vision of the Company / Direction of the top Management to manage growth of the Organization;
To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
