Must have: PHP 8+, Laravel 10/11, Vue 3, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
Database: MySQL/MariaDB, Eloquent ORM, Migrations & Seeders
Tools: Git, Composer, NPM/Yarn, Vite, Postman
Strong problem-solving & clean coding practices
Good communication skills in Bangla & English and ability to work in a team
Skills and portfolio will be prioritized over degree.
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply if they can showcase GitHub/portfolio projects.
Responsibilities & Context
Develop, test, and document backend modules & APIs using Laravel
Build responsive and interactive frontends using Vue.js (Vue 3, Vue Router, Pinia/Vuex)
Design & optimize database schemas (MySQL/MariaDB)
Integrate 3rd-party APIs (Payment, SMS, Email, etc.)
Collaborate with team members using Git/GitHub/GitLab
Perform unit/feature testing, bug fixing, and performance optimization
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum boards & daily stand-ups
