Responsibilities & Context
Job Context
We are looking for a skilled and responsible person to manage daily accounting and inventory operations using Billing Master Smart ERP (Accounting & Inventory Software).
Job Responsibilities
Operate Accounting & Inventory Software for daily business activities.
Perform regular data entry of sales, purchases, payments, receipts and other transactions.
Maintain daily accounts, cash, bank and customer/supplier ledgers.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Reconcile physical stock with software records and identify discrepancies.
Maintain customer and supplier accounts and outstanding balances.
Prepare sales, purchase, inventory and accounting reports.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of accounting and inventory data.
Perform other related accounting and IT tasks as required.
** Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates having practical experience in operating Accounting & Inventory Software.
