Education

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field
Portfolio of recent web/app design and development work is mandatory
No 3rd Division / Class is allowed at any level of Education.

Additional Requirements

Technical Expertise:

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or other UI libraries
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and frontend-backend integration
Experience in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX design tools
Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles
Bonus: Experience with Flutter or React Native for mobile UI

Design Skills:

UI/UX design thinking and prototyping
Strong visual design sense and typography skills
Ability to create mockups, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
Experience designing for cross-platform (web, tablet, mobile) environments

This role requires a strong eye for design, solid UI/UX skills, and the technical expertise to translate concepts into high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing and user-centric web and mobile application interfaces
Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive front-end code
Collaborate with backend developers and cross-functional teams to implement functional interfaces
Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms
Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility
Implement interactive components, animations, and transitions
Work with brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive design language
Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX, frontend tech, and design systems
