Proven track record of leading projects and mentoring engineers.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of key parts of our product and guide the technical direction of our platform. You’ll architect scalable systems, mentor team members, and ensure engineering best practices as we grow.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of backend features.
Own architectural decisions and help define coding standards.
Collaborate with PM, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality releases.
Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability improvements.
