Responsibilities & Context
- Shifting duties as needed.
- Provide friendly and professional support via phone, help desk, and live chat.
- Monitor systems and respond to issues quickly.
- Support customers with LAN/WAN network issues.
- Work with the head office and technical team to resolve Fiber and UTP problems fast.
- Guide cable technicians to install Fiber and UTP links correctly and on time, following company standards
- Complete tasks efficiently to improve team performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
