Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. SEO Team Lead to join our Digital Marketing team. This role involves overseeing SEO initiatives, optimising online presence, improving project rankings, and managing a team to ensure efficient execution of strategies. The SEO Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring all SEO strategies align with overall business objectives.
Leadership & Strategy: Oversee daily operations to meet project deadlines and business objectives. Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists to optimise performance.
SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement SEO strategies with CRO to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
Budget & Resource Management: Create and manage monthly budget proposals for multiple projects while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Utilise SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, GA4, and GTM to track, analyse, and report on SEO data-driven performance.
KPI Management: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators such as organic traffic growth, conversion rates, keyword rankings, bounce rates, and domain authority. Adjust strategies accordingly to maximise results.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide actionable recommendations based on analytics and server-side tracking to refine strategies and enhance rankings.
Keyword Research & Content Optimisation: Conduct in-depth keyword research and content clustering to improve search engine visibility.
Industry Trends & Compliance: Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
