We are looking to hire talented and motivated Network Support Engineers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our fiber optic networks, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance.
- Understanding of fiber cable & connectivity.
- Online client router configuration & technical support (from office).
- Preparing reports & documentation (Excel, Word, KMZ).
- Communicate with field teams & upstream providers.
- Maintain network performance logs and incident records.
