Practical knowledge of Windows OS, network troubleshooting, and MS Outlook/Google Workspace setup.
Familiarity with CCTV, access control systems, and power backup equipment is a plus.

Strong communication skills with good proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Preferred skills in configuring and maintaining Mikrotik, Cisco devices, and Firewalls

Expertise in Windows operating systems, including installation and troubleshooting
Experience with Outlook 365, Google Workspace, IMAP, and POP email configuration
Required knowledge in Cyber Security and IT best practices.
Practical knowledge of CCTV (DVR/NVR) systems and Access Control Devices
Experience in video conferencing setup, including cameras, audio devices, and network configuration.
Proficiency in using conferencing platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams
Understanding of IPS/UPS/Generator systems for IT power backup

Responsibilities & Context
A reputed Group of Companies is looking for a proactive and skilled Executive, IT to manage and support IT-related operations at its Chattogram office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, providing end-user support, ensuring system availability, and managing IT assets and devices. The role requires hands-on experience across hardware, network, software, and IT administration tasks, with coordination and escalation support from the central IT team.
Ensure smooth functioning of LAN, switches, routers, AP and internet connectivity.
Maintain the uptime of network infrastructure.
Coordinate with ISP/local vendors for connectivity and service-level issues.
Provide day-to-day IT support to office staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, scanners, photocopier and other peripherals.
Support users in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook configuration (IMAP, POP), and email troubleshooting.
Maintain CCTV systems (DVR/NVR), Access Control Devices, and related surveillance systems.
Set up video conferencing equipment (camera, audio, display) and platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
Ensure proper backup and uptime of IT devices connected to IPS/Generators for power redundancy.
Monitor physical and cyber security of IT assets in coordination with the central team.
Maintain IT asset register, including new issuance, transfers, and returns.
Periodically check and report asset health and inventory status to the central IT team.
Assist in collecting quotations and vendor coordination for IT equipment/services as per organizational policy.
Check quality and compatibility of procured equipment with existing infrastructure.
Maintain logs of support tickets/issues resolved.
Keep records of users’ device allocation, email accounts, and access credentials.
Generate daily, weekly, monthly IT status reports and submit to central IT.
Any other job as assigned by the Management or concerned Authority.
