Must have experience in Coding Language, Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Maintenance, Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Teamwork, General Consulting Skills, Software Architecture.
Must have experience with UML, SRS, BPMN, and Context Diagram, OOP Concept.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Accounting Software, VAT Software, Government Project
Excellent capability of fitting requirements with UI/UX.
Excellent capability in Data Analysis.

Good written & verbal communication skill in English and Bengali.

Responsibilities & Context

We are accepting potential candidates for Business Analyst position. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivation individual, team player, must have good communication skills, punctual, maintain standards and be willing to take up challenges are finding the right business solutions.

Responsibilities:

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Capable to work with project Plan.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Assist the project manager/technical manager by managing client expectations.
Writing software requirements specifications [SRS], BPMN, User Manual and other analysis works.
Write change log.
Work with checklist.
