Responsibilities & Context
1. Installing, configuring, and maintaining IP/analog CCTV systems (NVR/DVR, PTZ, etc.)
2. Monitoring live feeds and recorded footage to detect operational anomalies, safety risks, or security incidents
3. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance; diagnosing and resolving camera, connectivity, or equipment faults
4. Coordinating with vendors, on‑site personnel, and security officers to ensure seamless surveillance operations
5. Keeping precise records: installing logs, maintenance reports, incident details, and system configurations
6. Assisting in system upgrades, remote access configuration, and network integration of CCTV setups
