Additional Requirements
Candidates must have 3-5 years working experience in legal vetting on land/property ownership under the legal department preferably in any Bank / Financial Institution or reputed law firm.
Candidates must have sound knowledge in the fields of land, real estate & property laws etc.
Candidates should be dynamic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
Must have good command over English language and computer applications.
Must have strong determination to work with corporate sector.
High level of integrity, compliance awareness, and ability to maintain confidentiality of customer data.
Responsibilities & Context

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This incumbent will directly report to the Head of Legal. The selected candidate will play a key role in legal vetting on land and property ownership including preparation of other legal related documents for disbursement of the Company`s loan files.
