Student Recruitment Manager

We are seeking highly motivated and target-driven individuals with outstanding sales, negotiation, and communication skills to join our student recruitment team.

Location: Dhaka (Dhanmondi / Banani Branch)
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote overseas education opportunities and recruit students for partner institutions.

• Achieve monthly and yearly recruitment targets with a results-driven approach.

• Conduct effective counselling sessions with students and parents to match them with the right study options.

• Convert leads into enrollments through strategic sales tactics and persuasive negotiation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.

• Manage student pipelines using our CRM system with accuracy and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales / business development / student recruitment (education industry experience is a plus).

• Exceptional sales closing ability, with the drive to achieve and exceed targets.

• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills – both in Bangla and English.

• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents.

• High energy, self-motivation, and a passion for growth in the education sector.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).
