  • Bachelor of Social Science (Pass) in Marketing

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

    As a Marketing/Sales Executive, you’ll be key in driving business development, enhancing brand visibility, and building client relationships to support our growth.

    You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving sales targets.

    Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and securing repeat business.

    Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demos to potential clients.

    Marketing Campaigns: Support digital, print, and social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

    Market Research & Reporting: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and sales performance, reporting regularly to management.

    Collaboration with Teams: Work with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless client service and project delivery.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy & Development: Assist in creating and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

    • Collaborate with team leaders and complete assigned tasks.

    • Generate sales leads through cold calling.

    • Conduct research online and gather information via survey or direct communication.

    • Attend and engage in meetings, workshops, events, and Exhibitions with clients on behalf of the company.

    • Update and maintain documents and sales record.

    • Assess sales performance relative to targets.

    • Observe and participate in sales processes Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements.

    • Documents learnings and present finding to staff and stakeholders.
