* Identify and acquire suitable ready and used flats for resale.
* Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, sellers, and brokers.
* Evaluate property prices and identify profitable acquisition opportunities.
* Lead price negotiations and finalize commercial terms.
* Coordinate property document verification and due diligence.
* Maintain a pipeline of potential properties and acquisition reports.
* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful resale.
* Monitor market trends and achieve assigned business targets.
