Position Overview
Otithee.com, a leading travel-tech platform in Bangladesh, is seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by expanding Otithee.com’s market presence in the travel and hospitality industry. This role requires leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills to ensure business success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to maximize performance.
Identify and secure new business opportunities with hotels, resorts, airlines, and corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Conduct regular sales meetings, track KPIs, and report performance updates to management.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and packages with partners and clients.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Represent Otithee.com at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
