Responsibilities & Context
Have knowledge of household appliances and kitchenware.
Must collect orders regularly.
Present products or services favorably and in a structured professional manner, face to face.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all business partners.
Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert business.
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to maintain relationships
Set and maintain sales goals.
Stay abreast of current sales trends.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
Check quantity of products on display and in stock
Maintain accurate sales documentation.
