Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

Leadswin Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Team Leader to lead, mentor, and manage a team of telesales executives while actively engaging in direct sales over the phone. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving both individual and team targets, and ensuring precise documentation of all client interactions. This position encompasses the promotion and sale of the company’s comprehensive product portfolio, including eduman, EduCare, ValuePlus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation of Sales Targets

  • Take full ownership of individual and team telesales targets.

  • Directly engage with clients via phone calls to achieve personal sales goals.

  • Track progress, review results regularly, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.

2. Revenue & Goal Achievement

  • Develop and implement telesales strategies to maximize revenue and client engagement.

  • Monitor KPIs, analyze team performance, and take corrective actions when necessary.

3. Strategic Planning & Market Growth

  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and emerging trends.

  • Support product promotion strategies to improve market penetration.

  • Collaborate with other departments to explore new business channels and partnerships.

4. Team Leadership & People Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve individual and team goals.

  • Recruit top talent and ensure proper onboarding and training for team members.

  • Provide continuous performance feedback, skill development, and career growth guidance.

5. Documentation & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

  • Ensure proper reporting and documentation for team performance and progress.

  • Implement efficient processes to enhance team productivity and record-keeping.
