Responsibilities & Context

bZm Graphics Ltd. is looking for a Social Media Manager to own our social media presence end to end. You will plan and publish content, grow our audience, manage campaigns and paid ads, and report on results, working closely with our design, video and content teams.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant online platforms.
Content Planning: Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with company goals, campaigns, services and promotional activities.
Content Creation & Coordination: Plan and coordinate the creation of posts, Reels, Stories, videos, promotional materials, educational content and other digital content with the production team.
Posting & Scheduling: Ensure regular and timely publication of approved content across relevant platforms according to the content calendar.
Page Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, visibility and overall social media growth.
Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate and manage promotional campaigns, special offers, seasonal campaigns, awareness campaigns and other social media initiatives.
Paid Ads Coordination: Coordinate the planning, monitoring, optimization and performance analysis of Facebook, Instagram and other paid advertising campaigns.
Community Management: Monitor and ensure timely, professional responses to comments, inbox messages, reviews, client queries and other audience interactions.
Brand Management: Maintain the company's brand image, communication tone, visual identity and consistency across all platforms.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' social media activity, offers, content strategies, campaigns and audience engagement to identify market trends and opportunities.
Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement, followers, content performance, leads, campaign results and other relevant KPIs.
Lead Generation: Develop and run social media activities and campaigns that generate potential client leads, and coordinate with the relevant team for proper lead follow-up.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Videographers, Content Writers, Marketing Executives and other team members to ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns.
Trend Monitoring: Monitor emerging trends, Reels formats, hashtags, viral content, platform updates and creative ideas, and apply relevant trends to the company's social media strategy.
Crisis & Reputation Management: Professionally monitor and handle negative comments, complaints, reviews, misinformation and other online reputation issues, in coordination with management or the appropriate department.
