Responsibilities & Context

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across individual, corporate, and institutional sectors.

  • Develop strategies to drive sales growth in both private and government markets.

  • Corporate and Government Sales:

  • Identify and approach corporate clients to secure bulk sales agreements.

  • Participate in government tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements and preparing competitive proposals.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporations and government entities.

Customer Engagement:

  • Visit individual clients, corporate organizations, and government institutions to promote SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) and EV (Electric Vehicle) models.

  • Represent company at meetings, presentations, and exhibitions.

  • Sales Strategy and Analysis:

  • Assist supervisors in identifying weaknesses in sales processes and suggest actionable improvements.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales approaches.

  • Vehicle Introduction Process (VIP):

  • Manage the handover of vehicles, providing clear information on features, service guidelines, and maintenance schedules.

After-Sales Support:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive after-sales services.

  • Maintain regular contact with instalment customers and address their queries effectively.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Prepare and manage sales proposals, tender documentation, and regulatory forms such as BRTA submissions.

  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with standards.

  • Team Leadership:

  • Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve targets.

  • Conduct training sessions to improve team members` skills and product knowledge.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Provide timely, accurate reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market conditions.

  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors, team members, and stakeholders through digital and in-person channels.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
