Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth and revenue targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and other stakeholders.

- Promote travel packages, tour packages, air ticketing, hotel reservations, visa assistance, and other travel-related services.

- Develop partnerships with corporate organizations, travel agencies, and business associates.

- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.

- Lead and coordinate the business development team to achieve sales targets.

- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.

- Prepare monthly sales reports and business performance analysis.

Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degreeMarketing, Tourism & Hospitality Management, or a relevant discipline.

- Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing.

- Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be highly preferred.

Additional Requirements:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Good knowledge of travel and tourism services.

- Ability to develop business networks and generate new clients.

- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet browsing.

- Ability to prepare business reports and presentations.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
