Job Context

Tasnim Chemical Complex Ltd. (TCCL), a concern of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), is one of the leading producer of essential chemical products, including Caustic Soda, Hydrogen Peroxide, Chlorinated Paraffin Wax, Hydrochloric Acid, Liquid Chlorine, Sodium Hypochlorite, and SAFEX household cleaning solutions.

We are currently seeking for the position of AGM/DGM – Sales (Calcium Carbonate & Household Cleaning Products). The incumbent will drive market expansion in collaboration with factory production units, lead retail sales and distribution of SAFEX products, and report directly to the Department Head.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and onboard new corporate clients, dealers, and distribution partners to expand nationwide market coverage and strengthen sales channels.

  2. Lead the operations of the corporate and dealer networks to ensure consistent stock-to-sales delivery in all target industries and regions.

  3. Drive cash sales through dealers to maximize revenue, improve cash flow, and strengthen dealer engagement across key markets.

  4. Monitor, review, and enforce collection activities to ensure retail and corporate payments are recovered within set deadlines.

  5. Collaborate closely with factory production teams to resolve customer product inquiries, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

  6. Provide regular updates on market trends and competitor activities to enable the Business Head and Board of Directors to make timely, informed strategic decisions.

  7. Ensure widespread retail placement and visibility of SAFEX household cleaning products to strengthen brand presence across super shops and modern trade outlets.

  8. Update and expand the product baskets of Calcium Carbonate and SAFEX to align production-to-stock planning with evolving customer and market demands.

  9. Assist factory production teams to drive continuous product development initiatives that respond to customer requirements and market opportunities.

  10. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business growth, market leadership, and organizational profitability targets.
