Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
Ability to work under pressure with targets and deadlines
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools will be a plus
Fluency in Bangla (English proficiency will be an added advantage)
Responsibilities & Context
Make outbound calls and connect with prospective customers.
Engage with customers on Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, and the company website.
Respond quickly to customer inquiries and provide clear information about products and services.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to encourage sales.
Promote products through online marketing and digital platforms.
Maintain updated knowledge of products, offers, and campaigns.
Handle client objections politely and ensure a positive experience.
Prepare daily sales reports and keep customer interaction records.
