- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Graduate from a reputed university with a BBA or a degree in Engineering or a related field; MBA will be considered as plus.
Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Additional Requirements
2~4 years of experience in product management, preferably in electronics/home appliances.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Reports To: Head of Product - Refrigerator & Freezer
About the Role:
Supports the development and execution of refrigerator product strategies and annual business plans. Monitors sales performance, prepares reports, and conducts market research on competitors and trends. Coordinates with production, procurement, and quality teams, ensures product availability and pricing accuracy, and prepares sales training and promotional materials. Assists in pricing, promotions, forecasts, and budgets, and provides product support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing product strategies and annual business plans for refrigerators.
Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic product performance reports.
Conduct market research to track competitor activities, pricing, and trends.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality control teams.
Prepare product presentations, training materials, and promotional content for sales teams.
Ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and feature updates in coordination with suppliers.
Define pricing strategies, promotional plans, and positioning to maximize market share.
Prepare annual sales forecasts, product budgets, and performance reports.
Provide product training and support to the sales team
